Healthcare Superintendent

• Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, and on-site staff to optimize workflow and collaboration.
• Quality Control: Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and healthcare regulations.
• Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment for all personnel.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction to minimize delays and maintain project integrity.
