Job Description

  • Manage healthcare and K-12 construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or risks promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets and schedules.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
