Heavy Civil Estimator

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for heavy civil construction projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop comprehensive project plans.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Maintain and update cost databases and pricing models to ensure current market trends are reflected.
• Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing and availability information.
• Review and adjust project budgets as needed to align with client expectations and company goals.
• Provide support during project negotiations and bid presentations.
