They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paving Superintendent to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for managing large-scale paving projects, ensuring safety and quality, and leading teams to success, we want to hear from you!Job DescriptionSupervise and manage paving crews on various construction sites, ensuring the proper installation of asphalt and concrete pavements.Plan and schedule daily activities, ensuring adequate labor, equipment, and materials are available for each project.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.Inspect worksite conditions, materials, and equipment to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.Resolve issues and challenges that arise on-site, including delays, technical problems, or resource shortages.Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress, issues, and daily activities.Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction and resolve any concerns in a timely and professional manner.Conduct regular site inspections to assess work progress and quality.Oversee the maintenance and repair of paving equipment and machinery.Provide mentorship and training to crew members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
