Job Description

  • Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues reported by users.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.
  • Create and update knowledge base articles and documentation for common technical issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of client issues and requests.
  • Participate in training sessions and continuous learning to stay updated on new technologies and products.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and SaaS applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for solving problems and providing exceptional service.
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
