  • Assistance with troubleshooting and closing trouble tickets and desktop support issues via the phone and through email
  • Basic hardware repair and maintenance for local office and satellite offices
  • Assistance and troubleshooting enterprise mobile devices
  • Imaging of laptops and desktops for use in local office and shipping them to remote offices
  • Assistance with network/ server projects as needed
  • Organizing the IT work areas and perform inventory of companies hardware

The Successful Applicant

  • 1+ years of experience in IT Service Desk role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated written communication skills
