High End Residential Superintendent

• Oversee daily operations and ensure construction projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Mentor and guide team members to achieve project goals.
