Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of ground-up construction projects
  • Manage site teams including Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers (3-4 direct reports)
  • Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across all phases of construction
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Report directly to the General Superintendent
  • Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders and leadership
  • Drive project execution from mobilization through closeout

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 ground-up projects completed
  • Experience managing projects valued at $30M+
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and team leadership
  • Background in sectors such as hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use, office, or education
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
