Job Description

  • Oversee all stages of historic renovation projects from initial planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet preservation standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Facilitate communication and resolve any issues that may arise during the project.
