Hospitality & Multifamily Project Manager - Charlotte, NC

• Manage ground‑up and commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, buyout, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Lead communication with owners, design teams, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Utilize Bluebeam and Timberline for construction documents, estimating, and cost tracking.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits (Sunset Beach and other regional East Coast locations).
• Produce and maintain RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and meeting minutes.
• Ensure project quality, safety, and adherence to schedule.
• Collaborate closely with Superintendents and internal teams to maintain project flow.
