What you will do:

  • Providing support and reports for internal and external HR duties, inquiries, and requests, typically in support of employment, compensation, payroll, benefits, detail oriented development, performance management, and employee relations programs
  • Maintaining and updating employee records
  • Identifying candidates for open positions, performing reference checks, and coordinating employee orientation and onboarding procedures
  • Manage complex calendars, which includes scheduling new hire orientations and talks, management trainings, open enrollments, and board meetings
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team in various functions such as HR events, maintanence of employee data in our HRIS, our mentorship program, and our Learning Management System
  • Partner with colleagues in on new-hire and exit processes
  • Create slide decks for HR presentations
  • Participate actively in supporting our culture and company mission

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's Degree is a must!
  • 1 year of administrative or internship experience
  • Affable demeanor, in tandem with office professionalism and etiquette
  • Previous clerical, reception, or data entry experience is a plus!
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A strong computer literacy, specifically with MS Office Excellent phone skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
