This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment while also supporting daily HR administration.Job DescriptionManage full-cycle recruitment for all open roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offersDevelop and maintain job descriptions and postings across various job boards and platformsPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and identify top talentTrack candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processesSupport onboarding and new hire orientation processesMaintain accurate employee records and HRIS data entryAssist with benefits administration, performance management tracking, and compliance reportingRespond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support as neededPartner with the Senior HR Generalist and CHRO on various HR projects and initiativesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
