Job Description

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a seamless employee experience
  • Support planning for office events (lunches, outings, etc.!)
  • Process payroll
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and handle confidential employee information with discretion
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment and respond to employee queries
  • Prepare reports and assist with compliance documentation

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 1 year of full-time work experience, ideally in HR or a related field.
  • Ability to commute onsite to Melville, NY 5 days a week.
