Job Description



  • Provide administrative support to the HR team across recruitment, onboarding, and employee records


  • Coordinate interviews and assist with scheduling for hiring managers and candidates


  • Help prepare offer letters, onboarding materials, and new hire documentation


  • Maintain and update HRIS records and employee files


  • Assist with job postings and candidate tracking through the applicant tracking system


  • Support HR projects related to employee engagement, training, and compliance


  • Respond to general HR inquiries and assist with day-to-day HR operations

The Successful Applicant

  • HR internship experience required (Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations)
  • Bachelor's degree or currently completing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
