Well-established with plans to grow, they are searching for a People-first HR leader to join the organization.

Job Description

*Develop and execute internal employee communication strategies that enhance employees and stakeholders understanding of the company's Vision, Mission, strategy and goals.

*Maintain a regular cadence to assess and improve communication channels including 2-way and 1-way information sharing and internal feedback frameworks

*Prepare, create, and edit internal content for variety of channels including company newsletter, email announcements, intranet, video and special projects

*Provide support for the development of presentations, FAQ's, and talking points

*Support employee engagement survey and action planning

*Ensure employer brand and employee value proposition are aligned to company strategy and linked to internal talent development and talent attraction processes.

*Provide thought leadership and a strategic lens to continuously evolve our listening framework, strategies and practice

*Partner with senior leaders on development of editorial content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn

The Successful Applicant

* 8+ years in a Communications position, preferably internal communications

* Familiarity working with various communication technologies

* Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to vary writing style and present data effectively.

* Proficient in developing and executing communications plans

* Speak clearly and persuasively with ability to engage others in large and small groups

* Comfortable and ability to thrive in fast paced environment.

* Some design skills and knowledge of basic design software

* Familiarity with MS Office and Microsoft 365
