This role is responsible for overseeing HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor, managing payroll activities, and budgeting. The HR Controller will work closely with management and employees to maintain budgeting & payroll within the organization.

Job Description



  • Payroll: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including overtime, shift differentials, and bonuses, while maintaining compliance with wage and hour laws.


  • HR Compliance: Monitor adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies; support audits and reporting requirements.


  • Workforce Management: Support workforce planning, attendance tracking, and overtime management to ensure operational efficiency.


  • HR Data & Reporting: Maintain and analyze HR metrics, employee records, and reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.


  • Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefit inquiries and ensure compliance with benefits policies.

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


  • 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.


  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.


  • Experience with payroll systems and HRIS software.


  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
