Job Description

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, resume tracking, interview scheduling, candidate assessments, and background checks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, hiring teams, and external recruiters, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system, track recruitment timelines, and generate reports on hiring metrics.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding, including employee record maintenance, ID cards, and exit processes.
  • Organize and track employee training programs, engagement initiatives, and HR-related events.
  • Manage HR administrative tasks, including invoice processing, scheduling, and calendar management for the HR team.
  • Assist with various HR projects, research, and compliance tracking to support overall HR operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, and administrative support.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, Business, or related field).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and experience with HRIS or ATS systems preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
