Description

-Working with recruiting rime as well as marketing team to create job descriptions

-Be responsible for creating offer letters for potential candidates

-Onbaording and offboarding for all relevant employees

-Work with different locations to support Visas as well as mobility support

-Working on keeping the hiring tracker up to date and communicating this information to higher management

-Build and work on a system that allows the company to see recruitment statuses and report it out to the entire team

-Supporting HR in the broad sense but working and having knowledge of HRIS

The Successful Applicant

-Bachelors degree in a related field

-At least 2 years of experience

-Comfortable with HRIS technology as well as people data

-Great management relationship skills

-Is prepared to go the extra mile and work on projects that aren't assigned

-The ability to multitask and work in a high pressure environment

-Be able to meet deadlines with precision and accuracy
