Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation, and benefits.
  • Drive the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Nurture a positive working environment and uphold the company's reputation as a great place to work.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'HR Director' should have:

  • Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, and organizational development.
  • Emotionally intelligent HR professional with strong business acumen.
  • An ability to think strategically and proactively.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Prior experience in the construction industry preferred
