The role is full-time on-site at the Humble plant with 25-30% travel to the other plants across the U.S.The HR Director will manage a team of HR professionals across the U.S. This person should have extensive people management experience, a strong desire to develop and mentor teams, and the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Business acumen is a must, as this role will support C-Suite and senior-level leaders with initiatives such as performance management, succession planning, comp strategy, training & development, and more.
