Job Description

  • Handle full cycle recruitment
  • Build a strong culture in the US
  • Lead learning & development initiatives
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the business: its employees, departments, jobs, structure, processes, and business operation
  • Resolve employee relations issues and mediate, as necessary while protecting the client and company from risk associated with litigation
  • Partner with International HR team members on rolling out HR strategy & processes across locations
  • Foster a positive, inspired, respectful, success-oriented, collaborative, accountable and exciting environment within his/her department and the company
  • Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvement in efficiency of department and services performed

The Successful Applicant

  • Italian working fluency
  • 10+ years of HR experience
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Ability to travel
