Job Description

  • Oversee recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of employees
  • Strategic workforce planning
  • Serve as the organization's link between management and employees
  • Develop, implement, and update policies, procedures, and forms
  • Negotiate recruiting agreements with recruiters
  • Coordinate and assist with annual employee reviews

The Successful Applicant

  • College degree in HR or related field
  • SHRM-CP/PHR preferred
  • 3+ years of HR experience
