Job Description

  • Serve as a key HR partner, providing guidance on employee relations, policies, and compliance.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Support talent management initiatives, including onboarding, performance management, and engagement programs.
  • Oversee HR compliance and reporting, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance HR processes and drive a positive employee experience.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in financial services or a professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, and employment laws.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree required; HR certification a plus.
