About Our Client

Our client is a major hospitality group that owns and operates various entertainment venues around the world. They manage sports arenas, restaurants, museums, and more. This role is located at a venue in New York City with about 200 union employees. The HR Generalist will report into the General Manager and must have experience supporting union employees.

Job Description

  • Use HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive working environment for all employees of the venue.
  • Must be able to be on-site 5 days a week.
  • Lead talent management.
  • Handle employee relations functions.
  • Ensure company compliance.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and leaves of absences.

The Successful Applicant

  • HR experience in a union environment is a must.
  • Hospitality experience is preferred.
  • Ability to be on-site 5 days a week.
