Job Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including partnering with external recruiters, overseeing offers, and facilitating interviews for various roles.
  • Lead and support employee relations matters, including coaching managers, handling performance concerns, and managing performance improvement plans.
  • Develop and deliver internal training programs focused on management skills, performance management, and workplace culture.
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs and support related initiatives.
  • Collaborate on HR projects, process improvements, and occasional benefits-related tasks as needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring a high level of professionalism and service.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Background in professional, corporate, or mission-driven environments (e.g., legal, finance, education, non-profit) preferred.
  • Proficiency with HR systems (such as ADP and ATS platforms) and Excel.
  • Flexible, collaborative mindset with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree
