HR Generalist - Tech - 4 Days Onsite in NJ - Up to $90K

• Own core HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, benefits, and compliance
• Partner with leadership to support culture, engagement, and performance
• Lead HR projects that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
• This role will report to a VP in another state
• Onsite in the NJ office, 4 days a week
