About Our Client
My client is recognized as a global leader in their space, manufacturing industry leading, cutting edge medical devices.
The primary focus initially in the role will be to help support the businesses recruitment of new employees as they rapidly expand. Partnering with key stakeholders internally, you will be responsible for salary research, partnering with third party recruiters, providing initial screens of candidates and then onboarding them into the business. You will be a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team and will be responsible for the development of employee retention plans and initiatives, the development and ongoing maintenance of personnel policies and developing (and sometimes delivering) training plans to both new and existing employees.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree and at least 5 years HR experience (must have experience of hiring and onboarding) ideally gained within the manufacturing sector.
