Description
-Manage hiring processes
-Check employee references and coordinate background checks
-Must understand employee handbook and be able to relay information to other staff
-Assist with all new hire training
-Maintain personal records
-Responsible for FMLA and compensation compliance
The Successful Applicant
-Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
-Enjoy out-reach
-Ability to be in person in NYC office (hybrid)
-Highly organized
-Knowledge in Microsoft office, HRIS
