Job Description

  • Partner with leadership to support HR initiatives aligned with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations (FINRA, SEC, DOL) and employment laws.
  • Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Assist with talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning to support business needs.
  • Administer benefits programs, including retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness initiatives.
  • Maintain and update HRIS records while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Support performance management, professional development, and employee engagement programs.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on HR policies and workplace guidelines.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the finance, banking, or investment sector.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of financial industry regulations, employment laws, HRIS systems, and employee relations best practices.
  • Preferred: HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus. Experience with compensation structures and incentive programs in financial services is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-compliance environment and handle sensitive information with discretion.
