They're very creative, innovative, and collaborative.Job DescriptionEstablish and maintain compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws; develop and implement company HR policies and procedures.Manage payroll and benefits in collaboration with the company's PEO, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a great employee experience.Lead efforts to digitize HR processes, implement an HRIS, and establish efficient record-keeping and reporting structures.Serve as a trusted resource for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and fostering a positive workplace culture.Develop structured onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.Partner with leadership on hiring needs, job descriptions, and recruitment strategies.Support the development of employee training initiatives to enhance engagement and retention.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
