Job Description

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
    • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
    • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation efforts as needed.
  • Performance Management:
    • Support performance appraisal processes, including goal setting and feedback mechanisms.
    • Assist managers in addressing performance issues and developing improvement plans.
  • Policy Compliance:
    • Ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Conduct regular audits of HR practices and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Training & Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
    • Assist in the implementation of company-wide training initiatives.
  • HR Reporting:
    • Prepare and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Provide support in preparing reports for management as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience within a manufacturing environment - working with both salary and hourly employees
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including employee relations, performance management, succession management, engagement, workforce planning, diversity, and federal and state respective employment laws.
