Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will act as a key advisor to both management and staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
  • You will play a crucial role in ensuring HR strategies align with business goals and contribute to our organization's success
  • Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees
  • Implement efficient onboarding practices to facilitate a smooth start for newcomers
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee concerns, offering guidance to resolve issues and maintain positive working relationships
  • Ensure that HR policies are well-communicated and consistently applied
  • Ensure that all HR activities align with applicable labor laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels
  • Regularly review and update policies to reflect current legal standards
  • Collaborate with managers to identify employee training needs and support the delivery of programs aimed at enhancing skills and career growth

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Well developed planning, analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Broad knowledge of human resources concepts, practices, legislation, and procedures
  • Ability to develop and interpret policies and procedures, to interact effectively with a diverse population at all levels, and to facilitate decision making
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
  • Working knowledge of HRIS/HRMS systems
  • Experience in human resources or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and follow up on multiple tasks in a time-sensitive manner
