Job Description



  • Serve as a key support to the HRBP, helping manage day-to-day operations across the employee lifecycle


  • Manage and mentor an HR Coordinator, delegating tasks and providing guidance


  • Own and execute employee engagement initiatives, including monthly events, culture programming, and company-wide celebrations (e.g., summer/holiday parties)


  • Lead onboarding experience and orientation logistics; collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored onboarding plans


  • Support offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and consistent employee experience


  • Manage engagement surveys, learning and development initiatives, and communications related to HR programs


  • Partner on HRIS data integrity and reporting, including use of Excel (VLOOKUPs a must)


  • Conduct compensation research and assist with salary benchmarking

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree required; SHRM certification a plus


  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience in a corporate, fast-paced environment


  • Prior people management experience


  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing corporate events


  • Proven ability to lead initiatives and drive process improvement


  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP required; pivot tables a plus)


  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a high-volume, high-touch environment
