Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, and HR compliance
  • Serve as a key resource for employee relations, offering guidance and support on HR policies and best practices
  • Implement HR strategies and programs that align with the company's goals
  • Track and maintain HR records, ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity
  • Assist with performance management processes and coordinate training programs to support employee development
  • Handle HR inquiries and provide support in various HR-related matters as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, with the ability to handle payroll processing
  • Ability to go into onsite 4 days a week
  • Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS systems
  • Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
