Job Description

  • Manage and address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
  • Handle all employee relation investigations.
  • Foster a positive culture.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Act as the point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits.

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have HR experience specifically in the hospitality space.
  • Must have strong employee relations experience.
  • Must be able to be on-site five days a week in NYC.
