Job Description

  • Maintain relationships with talent recruiters
  • Manage on-boarding process to create a welcoming environment
  • Manage recruitment efforts to ensure the hiring of of quality staff
  • Evaluate HR processes/policies and make recommendations for improvements
  • Maintain all personnel files and ensure compliance
  • Works closely with Culture Committee to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Coordinate and lead annual employee reviews for the company
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation

The Successful Applicant

  • Excellent interpersonal and employee service skills
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, analyze, and apply sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines
  • 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources role
  • PHR, SPHR,-CP, or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
