Job Description

  • Lead HR operations at the plant, managing employee relations and addressing grievances and conflicts.
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and light recruiting processes to support a diverse workforce.
  • Collaborate on high-level investigations and HR strategies, ensuring compliance and fair practices.
  • Manage HR administration, including payroll support, benefits coordination, and HRIS tasks.
  • Supervise an HR Coordinator and ensure effective data management and reporting.
  • Act as the main HR point of contact for a large non-exempt workforce.
  • Support leadership with insights based on HR data and analytics.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with a preference for manufacturing or regulated industries.
  • Proven tenure with progressive HR responsibilities.
  • Prior management or HRBP experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and Excel for informed decision-making.
  • Willingness to be fully onsite and manage urgent HR matters as needed.
