Job Description

  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and operational support for HR functions, leading by example and offering guidance to team members.
  • Employee Relations: Engage with employees to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and enhance overall employee satisfaction. Revise and implement HR policies as needed to improve workplace culture and engagement.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Salary Administration: Manage compensation structures, including merit-based bonuses and salary adjustments, to ensure fairness and competitiveness.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6-8 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry.
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, leadership, and conflict resolution.
  • Experience in payroll management and salary administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing HR policies and programs.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
