Job Description

The HR M&A Manager will lead all aspects of the M&A process, including due diligence, integration planning, communication, and post-close integration. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple acquisitions simultaneously, and collaboration with various teams and global partners.

  • Lead HR due diligence and integration efforts for M&A transactions.
  • Identify potential risks and synergies through thorough due diligence.
  • Develop integration plans for HR functional areas.
  • Collaborate with the US HR team to ensure seamless integration of newly acquired employees.
  • Project manage each acquisition, tracking pre- and post-close HR action items.
  • Contribute to the development of a standardized integration playbook.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in HR M&A lifecycle management.
  • Experience in BPO/services healthcare business preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience working with private equity-owned portfolio companies is desirable.
  • Extensive experience with due dilligence for multiple mergers and acquisitions
