Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee employee performance management and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance to management on HR policies and procedures.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including 401K and bonus structures.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture within the industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support organizational changes and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • 7+ years of HR experience within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Prior HR leadership experience within the state of Oklahoma.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple HR functions and projects simultaneously.
