The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in HR, at least five years of experience, proficiency in MS Office and payroll systems like Paychex, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Experience: At least 5 years of human resource management experience, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  3. Skills:
