Job Description

  • Support and develop the HR function.
  • Manage end to end employee relations function.
  • Act in a true generalist capacity supporting both blue and white collar employee populations.
  • Administer performance appraisal processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
  • Manage and oversee potential immigration matters.
  • Deliver a high level of service and discretion for all employees.
  • Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
  • Interface closely with executive populations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of HR experience
  • Experience in a fast paced environment
  • International experience highly preferred
  • SHRM or PHR preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Management experience
