With a commitment to long-term partnerships and cutting-edge solutions, the client is a leader in the financial industry.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:HR Operations Leadership: Oversee the daily HR operations, ensuring management of payroll, on-boarding, off-boarding, time and attendance, work authorization, HR systems, and data management.Benefits Management: Supervise and manage programs including annual insurance renewals, open enrollment, FMLA, 401K, and other employee benefit offerings.Compliance: Provide expert interpretation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations including HIPAA, DOL, ERISA, and IRS.
