Job Description



  • Support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes across the employee lifecycle


  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordination of new hire documentation, orientation, and exit interviews


  • Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and HR systems, ensuring compliance and a seamless employee experience


  • Partner with Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and benefits


  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality


  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and HR programs


  • Assist in driving employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and culture-building efforts


  • Support talent acquisition efforts by coordinating interviews, offer letters, and background checks


  • Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives, including performance reviews, DEI efforts, and learning & development


  • Stay up to date with employment laws and HR best practices, ensuring policies remain compliant and effective

The Successful Applicant



  • 3+ years of experience in HR or People Operations, ideally within a high-growth or private equity-backed company, with exposure to various HR functions such as on boarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance.


  • A solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, as well as experience managing HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels and communicate complex HR topics clearly and effectively.


  • A strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate record-keeping, compliance, and the seamless administration of HR processes.


  • Ability to think critically and solve complex employee-related issues with tact, confidentiality, and professionalism.


  • A collaborative and empathetic team player who contributes to a positive work environment, while also taking initiative to improve processes and enhance employee satisfaction.


  • High levels of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.


  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite; experience with HRIS systems and payroll platforms is a plus.


  • A passion for staying current with HR trends, best practices, and employment law changes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
