About Our Client

A financial services company who is seeking a part time temporary HR recruiter to join their growing team. This will be a fully remote role with flexible work hours from 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Facilitate the selection process by conducting reference checks and background screenings
  • Negotiate job offers with selected candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a HR Recruiter or similar role
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Paychex, Workday, or Kronos
  • Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively negotiate job offers with candidates
  • Experience with lead generation strategies for attracting top talent
  • Knowledge of succession planning and employee evaluation processes
