Job Description

  • Sourcing and finding suitable candidates.
  • Screening and sorting resumes of candidates for a variety of positions.
  • Assist in attorney recruitment process
  • Coordinate in-office and virtual interviews.
  • Assist with general HR responsibilities including employee relations, employee engagement, performance reviews, etc.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience
  • ATS experience
  • Experience in a law firm or other professional services company
  • Experience with full cycle recruitment
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
