Job Description

  • Proactively source candidates for open roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct outreach to prospective candidates via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate interest
  • Perform initial candidate qualification and screening before handing off to recruiters
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Partner closely with recruiters to support active hiring processes and ensure a smooth candidate flow
  • Research talent markets and identify new sourcing strategies to attract top candidates
  • Support employer branding efforts, including job postings and recruiting events
  • Track sourcing activity and provide updates on pipeline progress
