About Our Client

An amazing and well known Art Museum is looking for a well rounded HR professional to join their Human Resources Department.

Job Description

· Weekly payroll processing for 100 to 120 employees across multiple states.

· Prepare and process payroll accurately and efficiently utilizing ADP TotalSource. Maintain payroll and post processing records.

· Collaborate with department managers regularly to ensure timesheets are processed and submitted accurately and timely to process into payroll and make adjustments as necessary.

· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.

· Facilitate audits by providing records, reporting and documentation to auditors as it relates to payroll, benefits and 401K.

· Establish and maintain collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization and provide excellent customer service to employees, internal teams and external vendors.

· Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications as needed.

· Source and recruit qualified candidates by using job boards, social networks and platforms. Includes interviewing and involvement in the selection process.

· Conduct new hire orientation and enter new hire information into the ADP Payroll system.

The Successful Applicant

· Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field.

· Minimum of 4 years previous experience processing payroll with timekeeping and payroll applications, plus at least 1 year Human Resources experience.

· Proficient with payroll software and the ability to quickly learn new payroll software. Experience with ADP Total Source a plus.

· High level of HR interpersonal skills to handle sensitive confidential situations and documentation.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Proficient with general computer applications Office and Google for Business.

· Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
