Job Description

  • Assist US employees on policy, procedures, organization structure, payroll and recruitment
  • Build relationships with business leaders to understand current needs
  • Create learning culture to drive engagement in continual professional development
  • Coordinate annual performance reviews
  • Designing & implementing an on boarding process for new starters
  • Working with global HR team to implement initiatives around mental health & well-being
  • Manage all employee relations matters
  • Involvement in global HR project initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Experience being stand alone HR
  • Experience in transferable industry
