HRBP - Manufacturing - Attleboro, MA - $95-110K

• Partner with production supervisors and staff in a non-union manufacturing environment to address employee relations issues and ensure alignment with company policies and labor laws.
• Promote compliance with safety regulations and labor standards, supporting a safe and positive workplace.
• Oversee employee performance management, absenteeism tracking, and engagement initiatives to drive productivity and morale.
• Assist with recruitment efforts, including coordinating with third-party vendors for contract hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Provide coaching, conflict resolution, and guidance to employees and leaders to foster positive relationships and proactively address performance or behavioral issues.
• Conduct investigations and recommend solutions for employee concerns, complaints, or grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
• Maintain a visible presence on the production floor to build trust, strengthen engagement, and address issues directly with employees and supervisors.
